We don’t buy or receive any of the products we write about — that’s not realistic when you’re reviewing 30+ items a month.
Instead we:

- Cross-check prices daily on Amazon US + AU
- Compare specs, return rates, and long-term feedback
- Test every single habit, routine, and money hack on ourselves (those parts we actually live every day)
